He is survived by: his wife Debra Faulkner (DeTello); his daughters, Laura Faulkner (Andrew Nelson) and Julie Kampas (Scott Kampas); his nephew David Prescott; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Sumner, Logan Sumner and Ben Kampas; his siblings, Joe Faulkner, Bessie Greenway, Guy Faulkner (Judy) and Bobbie Wheaton (Gene); and his brothers-in-law, Nick DeTello and Jimmy (Lonna DeTello). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
