She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Everett and Marie Wilkins (Wayt); her husband Burl Gene Cook; and her sisters, Lena White and Raydell Ferrel.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Foreman (Jim Finnell) of Tulsa and Billy Boydston, Jr. (Kathy) of Sorrento, Florida; her grandchildren, Amber Gaddis (Matt) of Dallas, Amy Fernando (Johann) of Lake Mary and Kevin Boydston (Jenny) of Dallas, Texas; and her sister Iva Jane Hamilton of Kansas City, Missouri.. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
