He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Adamson and Ruth Richardson Adamson; and his brothers, Eldridge, Reginald and Bobby Adamson.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his daughter Karin Marie; his son-in-law Rich; his sister Ruth Ann; and his sibling's children, Jennifer and Ean.
