She was predeceased by: her father Charles Phelps. She is survived by: her mother Frances Phelps; her husband Terry Garrett; her siblings, Cheryl (Tony) and Scott; her mother-in-law Geraldine Caldwell; her children, Tara (Jeremiah) and Michael; and her grandchildren, Brice, Colton, Wyatt, Alistar and Andrew. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Grace Fellowship Church (5333 NW Liberty Ave, Lawton, OK 73505).
