She was predeceased by: her father Leo Regensberg (Eva Lena Regensberg); her former husband Gene Slaughter of Lawton; her husband Kenneth Gurley; her mother Eva Lena Regensberg; her grandparents, Lynn and Martha Jane "Janie" Williams; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Gurley.
She is survived by: her son David Gurley of Chickasha, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Shannon Gurley of Broken Arrow and Wendy Medlin (Mark Medlin) of Moore, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Medlin of Oklahoma City and David Medlin of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
