He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullins and Dealia Christian Addair; his brothers-in-law, Ron Rocke, Ken Brox and Chris Newman; his parents-in-law, Lou and Joelle Brox; and his great grandchild Kane Mullins.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Mullins; his children, Chris Mullins (Beth), Scott Mullins (Ami), Jennifer Rulison Beasley (Steve) and Kimberly Rulison Winton (Eric); his grandchildren, Danny Mullins (Savannah), Montana Mullins (Hannah), Rylie Beasley Foster (Ethan), Brady Beasley, Chase Beasley, Grace Winton, Vivian Winton, Christian Black and Max Black; his siblings, Jenny Rocke, Jo Ann Gilbert (Keith), Judy Simmons (Ronnie), Jim Mullins, Violet Rice (Earl) and Sandra Pegram; and his in-laws, Carolyn Newman, Steve, Katie Brox and Julie Brox.
