She is survived by: her children, James Slagter (Annette), Richard Slagter, Martin Slagter and Michele Lopez; and her grandchildren, Zackery, Mathew, Raven, Destinie, Blake, Justin, Martin, Lauren, Andrew, Lisa, Kirstie, Danielle, Nathaniel and Daniel Joe. She is also survived by her three brothers and three sisters.
