David R. Gill Obituary
We announce the death of David R. Gill of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 78. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Raymond and Blanche Ruth Gill. He is survived by: his wife Kris; his brother Larry Ray; his sister-in-law Suzie Gill; his niece Kerrie; and his nephews, Josh and Jordan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leslie Powell Gallery (620 SW D Ave, Lawton, OK 73501).
