He is survived by: his wife Gwyn Masoner Green; his sons, Mike, Kirby (Desireé) and Chuck (Christy); and his sister Christine Mulligan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren.
