She was predeceased by: her husband Harry K. Duggins II; her son Billy Paul Duggins; her granddaughter Cassie Duggins; her great grandchildren, Kenneth Hart and Martavious Brandt; her parents, Paul Robinson and Pauline Robinson (Roberts); and her sisters, June Weatherford, Orlena Richardson and Sue Lowery.

She is survived by: her children, Eric, Connie Brandt (Duggins), Pamla Brown (Duggins), Jimmy, Kristin Duggins Harry K. (Duggie) and Trina Duggins. She is also survived by grandchildren, (34) great-grandchildren, (2) great-great-grandchildren.
