Dora Norrell Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 20, 2025, at the age of 89, Dora Norrell of Lawton, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bangerter and Mary Bangerter (Spencer); her husband Marvin Norrell; her in-laws, Bob and Maude Norrell; and her son-in-law Russell Shoemate.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Norrell Shoemate of Cache, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Kaylee Shoemate Cogswell (Garrison "Brock" Cogswell) of Lawton, Oklahoma; her close friend Donna Howell of Faxon; and her sister-in-law Peggy Waltman of Sayre, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
