She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Burk (Denise) of Lawton, Johnny Burk of Lawton and Jimmy Burk of Lawton; her grandchildren, Jeremy Burk (Missy), Shelby Paul Burk, Joshua Jones, Josey Thiessen, Edward Zacharia Burk, Caleb Smalley, Ethan Smalley (Destiny) and Adam Smalley; and her siblings, Dale Johnson, Johnnie "Butch" Johnson and Joyce Valdez (Dusty). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
