He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Lee and Ada Katherine Ray; his wife Janet Maloy; his sister Otha Jean Elkins; his brothers-in-law, Bob McCuiston and Gene Elkins; and his niece Pam Ray Wren.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Marian Major; his son-in-law Pete Dempsey of Lawton; his siblings, Lola McCuiston, Paul (Jo Ray), John (Kay Ray), David (Debbie Ray) and Robert (Linda Ray); and his sister-in-law Karol (Wayne Haney). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
