He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Clayborn and Estella Mae Whitehead (Cook); and his stepdaughter Terri Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Whitehead; his children, Robert Whitehead of Texas and Michelle Curb of Texas; and his stepchildren, Darren Fehring (David Gonzales) of Houston, Texas and Tonja Sullivan of Sterling, OK. He is also survived by his grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
