He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Shepherd (Birgit) and Joan Phelps; his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Rodney Miller, Rachel Jacobson (Chad) and Carolyn Fagen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joey Jacobson, Melanie Blasingame, Landon Jacobson, George Gerber III, Jacob Miller and River Miller.
