She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Nottingham and Dorothy Nottingham (Gibson); her husband George Lewis; her son Louie Lewis; and her nephew Casey Yoast.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Leigh; her son-in-law Dan Entler, Jr. of Lawton, OK; her son Wade Brian; her daughter-in-law Robyn Lewis of Cookietown, OK; her sister Debora; her siblings-in-law, Frank Martinez and Jody Nation; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Tyler, Spencer, Hunter, Layton, Madison, Malone, Brighton, Briah Lewis and Tucker Clem (Audra Clem). She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
She attended church regularly until Covid and was apart of the hospitality team.
