He is survived by: his wife Kelly Calfy; his son Bodie Wade Calfy; his mother Karen Price of Walters; his parents-in-law, David and Rosa Sawyer; his siblings, Jacob Calfy (Andrea) and Jesi Lemos (Derek); his nieces and nephews, Garrett, Seth Calfy, Madison, Aubree, Kya, Michael and Maxwell Lemos; his grandmother Sharon Ballard; and his aunts and uncles, Danny Taylor, Carolyn, James Taylor, Dawn, Keith Watkins and Patricia. He is also survived by cousins, several honorary brothers, nieces, nephews.
