She was predeceased by: her parents, John McClung and Ruby McClung; and her siblings, Jerry McClung and Jeanne McClung Allen. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jack Amyx; her sons, Jack Duane (Sandy Amyx) of Edmond, OK and Dr. Douglas Alan (Jenny Amyx) of West Monroe, Louisiana.; her grandchildren, Dustin Cox, Brian Amyx, Mark Amyx (Alyssa), Jaclynne Reynolds, Garrett Cowden, Andrew Cowden and Ella Cowden; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Cox, Amber Cox and Trinity Amyx; and her siblings, JoAn Hey of Oklahoma City, OK and John Robert McClung of Reno, Nevada..
