He was predeceased by : his parents, John Kirker and Virginia Kirker (McCoy); and his daughter Christy Harrell. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Kirker; his children, Mark Smith, Kimberly Furrh (G. Force Chamberlain), Nicole Kirker and Sarah Judah; his grandchildren, Joshua Young, Mikayla Furrh, Travis Ferron, Gwenith Judah, Alex Judah, Demi Case, Maxwell Judah and Brock Smith; and his siblings, John Kirker and Karen Avery.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
