It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Scott Hughes in Lawton, Oklahoma, born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Warren and Lottie Mae Woolley Hughes; his former life partner Fran Rexene Spradlin; and his sister Cheryl Taliaferro. He is survived by : his wife Candace Marie Chapman; his children, Tiffani Dianne Burk (Dewayne) of Lawton and Clinton Scott Hughes (Teri) of Elgin; his brother Dennis Hughes (Lyn); his grandchildren, Logan Burk (Rosie), Makenzie Ridenhour (Sam), Madison Good (Kameron), Kendal Bridges (Chase), Kelbi Hughes, Ty Hughes, Tate Hughes, Tukker Hughes, Austin Bartosovsky and Holden Bartosovsky; his great grandchildren, Miley Ridenhour, Callahan Bridges and Landyn Good; his nieces, Shawna McCune and Vonda Williams (Jerry); his nephew Justin Hughes; his great-nephews, Deekota Williams (Sarah), Maverick Williams and Dylan Hughes (Josie); his great-niece Kayla Hughes; his in-laws, Peggy Spradlin, Bub Spradlin (Sherrie), Mary Gerlach, Becky Wade (Jeff), Dee Gunkel (Paul), Richard Taliaferro, Stacy Smith, Craig Chapman (Maymie), Bonner Sawyer, Jessy Smith, Jordan Smith (Julie) and Rae Smith; and also, Mac Williams, Gabe, Forrest, Winter, Stephanie Chapman and Curry Chapman (Jessica).
