It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Wendell Noel of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Noel-Hart and Arlene Schimmel Noel-Hart (Hart); and his brother Tommy Noel. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Noel; his children, April Hankins (Will), Joshua and Jason; his grandchildren, Aylona Braggs, Amerilys Braggs, Javlyn Braggs, Josiah Ofield and Jo'Liyah Ofield; and his siblings, Cozzette Hankins (Terry Shoemaker), Daylene Noel, Steven Noel (Michelle) and Stacy Andersen (Chris Andersen).
