She is survived by : her mother Patricia A. Ford (Bowen); her children, Ashley E. Lucky (Michael), Kendra Cassidy (Shad) and Jerry B. W. Borum; her siblings, Callie J. Smith and Quinten Smith; her uncle Randy Smith; her grandchildren, Kailey A. Donadio, Jada S. Lucky, Shad Jr., Blaze, Laythem Cassidy, Lilliana Cassidy, Michael Lucky Jr., Burnetta Cole and Teanna Lucky; her great grandchildren, Aubrianna Lucky and Noah Lucky; her stepbrothers, John Ford and Mike Ford; her niece Kenzetta Farmer; and her nephews, Kendall Smith and Jesse Smith. She is also survived by numerous other great nieces and nephews, close friend and other relatives.
