The memory of MaryEllen (McMillion) May of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 68, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Willis Clark and Joyce B. McMillion (Freund); her mother-in-law Patricia May; her grandmothers, Alma Freund and Clarice Laub; and her uncles, Michael M. McMillion and Donald Freund.

She is survived by : her husband Edward M. May; her daughter Stephanie A. Steele (Brandon Peters) of Mobile, Alabama; her siblings, Stacey L. McMillion and Michael J. McMillion of Lawton, Oklahoma; her stepchildren, Brittany May of Hannibal and Martin May of Oswego; her grandchildren, Makayla Steele (Makensie Allen) of Mobile, Paityn Peters (Tyler May) of Mobile and Kimberly May (Thomas May) of Hannibal; her sisters-in-law, Robin Williams (Steve) of Swoyersville, Deborah Faust (Andy) of DeRuyter and Sherri Boynton (Ernie) of Hastings; her close friends, Vanessa Weaver and Ramon Rodriguez; and her nephew Christopher May. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, nine great nieces and nephews, step great nieces and nephews, a great great niece and nephew, many cousins, numerous friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. MaryEllen's sister, Stacey, recently underwent liver transplantation and due to her compromised health, guests are asked to wear a mask.
