He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Pearl Alene Davis (Mitchell); and his brother Joe Davis. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Davis; his children, Sonja Dennin (Dan), Eddie Hopper (Melody), Troy Hopper, Lawton and David Davis (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Steven Davis, Justin Higgins, Rusty Higgins (Audra), Shawn Higgins (Amber), Savannah Ross (Cameron), Nicholas Davis (Hannah) and Christine Clair (Kenny); and his siblings, Clifford Davis, Patsy Acuff, Gail Hankins and Nancy McDowell. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
