He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ray Holbein; his daughter Natalie Holbein; and his grandparents, Elmo and JoAnn Burden. He is survived by: his mother Karen Ballard; his children, Joshua Holbein, Emily Holbein, Keely Holbein, Adeline Holbein and Cade Holbein; his siblings, Justin Holbein of Ada, Krystal (Josh Martin) of South Carolina and Roberta Ballard of Duncan; his nieces and nephews, Mallory Murphy, Jocelyn Martin, Jenna Holbein, Eli Murphy and Bryson Holbein; and his brother Robert Woodall (Megan).
