He is survived by: his children, Bailey Foster, Patriciann Tate and John Mullholland; his stepson Dale Foster; and his grandchildren, Kameron Tate, Xander Tate, Zeke Tate, Kaci Tate, Paisley Mullholland, Avery Mullholland and Alden Mullholland.
