He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Moore and Edith Moore (Coppenbarger). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Moore; his children, Stephanie Vaughn (Bo) and Scott Moore (Blaklea); his grandchildren, AJ Vaughn, Madison, Jensen and Peyton Moore; his sister Linda Whitworth (Trevor); his nephews, Cory and Adam Whitworth (Meridith); and his great-niece Madeline Whitworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lawton Athletic Foundation.
