We bid farewell to Michael Roy Moore of Lawton, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2025 at the age of 73. Michael Roy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Moore and Edith Moore (Coppenbarger). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Moore; his children, Stephanie Vaughn (Bo) and Scott Moore (Blaklea); his grandchildren, AJ Vaughn, Madison, Jensen and Peyton Moore; his sister Linda Whitworth (Trevor); his nephews, Cory and Adam Whitworth (Meridith); and his great-niece Madeline Whitworth.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (501 SW B Ave, Lawton, OK 73501).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lawton Athletic Foundation.
