He is survived by: his siblings, James Hoggard (Lori) of Lawton, OK and Terri Sewell of Elgin, OK; and his siblings' children, Jennifer Crenshaw (Paul) of Crestview, FL and Blake Sewell (Lacey) of Fletcher, OK. He is also survived by 3 great nieces. 2 great nephews and numerous friends.
