He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Diane Ray; his wife Sharon Gail Eason; his children, Steve (Karen Mayhue), Shannon Mayhue, Kellyann (Brian Allio) and John (Lori Mayhue); his stepdaughter Emily Eason; his grandchildren, Kathleen Mayhue-Radeback (Christina Mayhue), Genevieve Mayhue (Layton), Landon Mayhue (Savannah), Michael Grubb (Nick Hosseini), Kacee (Zackery Ewing) and Elizabeth Collins (Hayden Nordstrom); his great grandchildren, David Mayhue, Cheyenne Roderick, Teal Mayhue, Gavin Mayhue, Anthony Williams, Makayla Williams, Kadence Mayhue, Weather Mayhue, Amelia Grubb, Molly Grubb and Adelaide-Leilyn Hosseini; his sister Becky Norine Altenbernd; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Mayhue and Linda Mayhue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
