He was predeceased by: his son Baby Boy. He is survived by: his parents, Robert A. Heaton and Marianne R. Heaton (Holmes); his wife Isabel Heaton; his daughter Harley Heaton; his sister Makenzie R. Heaton; and his grandparents, John, Laurie Holmes, Dwight and Sharon Heaton. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to his daughter, Harley Heaton.
