In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ronald leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Kellog; his stepson James "Jimmy" Kemp; and his grandson Julius Williams. He is survived by: his close friend Pam Ramirez; his stepchildren, Nicolas Ramirez, ShaLeah Ramirez and Chantel Kemp; and his grandchildren, Ellie, Lillie, Elijah, Aze (Ricky) and Anneliese.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Highland Cemetery (2201 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73501).
