She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Kauk and Helen Kauk (Herren); her husband Marvin Quattlebaum; her daughter Donna Smith; and her daughter-in-law Connie Quattlebaum.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Lee of Leedey; her sister-in-law Agnes Wing of Guymon; her grandchildren, Kelly Manke (Brandon) of Watonga, Randy Smith (Scott White) of Oklahoma City, Amanda Johnston (Rusty) of Glenpool, Brady Smith (Chelsea) of Leedey, Kent Quattlebaum (Samantha) of Leedey, Donny Smith (Candy) of Leedey and Brandy Thompson of Leedey; and her great grandchildren, Wade, Wyatt Manke, Brandon, Mallory Johnston, Vivian, Elliot Smith, Lilly, Karlee, Vincent Quattlebaum, Cooper, Sloan Smith, Easton and Hudson Thompson.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Leedey (405 4th St, Leedey, OK 73654). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
