With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Donald Smith of Leedey, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Eleanore Smith (Griffin); and his grandparents, Clarence, Ora Pearl Smith, Leo and Dorothy Griffin.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Nicole (Kyler) of Leedey, Oklahoma; his wife Tina Smith of Leedey, Oklahoma; his children, AJ Smith of Illinois and Michael Smith (Jess) of Leedey; his brothers, Eric Smith (Stephanie) of Norman and David Smith (Candice) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jozlynn, Colt Smith and Kinsley Swanson; his aunts, Linda Chatton (Tim) of California and Patty Henderson of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Megan, Hunter and Kevin. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
