He is survived by: his wife Nancy JoAnn Milligan of Noble, Oklahoma; his children, Ron Milligan (Gaitha) of Norman, Dana Milligan (John King), Tony Milligan of Norman, OK and Brandi Milligan of Norman, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shay Williams of Norman and Jon Williams of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his great grandchild Rowan Lynn Anthony Williams of Norman, Oklahoma; his brothers, David Milligan (Judy) of Edmond and Danny Milligan (Marie) of Canton, Oklahoma; and his nephew Bruce Brown of Slaughterville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
