He was predeceased by: his parents, Hooley Foreman and Geneva Foreman (Johnson); his wife Vivian Foreman (Davis); his sons, Tony and Todd Foreman; and his siblings, Jeff, Jackie Foreman and Fern Hanes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marietta Palesano (Lance), Debbie Ford (Jim) and Angela Harbin (Patrick); his grandchildren, Christopher, Brittany Dubberstein, Stephanie Adams (Spencer), Kimberly, Skyler Foreman, Bradley and Bryan Barney; and his great grandchildren, Caden and Addison Dubberstein. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
