He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mann and Betty Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Young and Mike Grubbs. He is survived by: his wife Joy of Lexington; his siblings, Sheila Young of Fishs Eddy, NY and Rusty Mann of Deming, NM; his children, Russell "Matt" Mann of Stillwater, Billy Clark, Shannon Curtis of Edmond, Alisha Herrera of Bixby and Sandi Clymer; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Waller (Jenny), Tommy Waller (Charlene), Tory Waller and Fonda Grubbs. He is also survived by many grandkids, nephews and nieces.
