He is survived by: his children, David Perry of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Christie Perry of Lindsay and Misty Perry of Texas; his brother Davis Perry of Lindsay, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Scotty and Destini Perry; and his great grandchildren, Haylynn, Carter, Jaxon and Everleigh.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Hill Cemetery (13773 E1490 Rd, Lindsay, OK 73052).
