She is survived by: her children, Debbie Clark (Dennis) of Purcell, Marilyn Traylor (Bruce) of Conway, AR, Elaine Nicholson (Don) of Oklahoma City, Brian Dacus of Lindsay and Jennifer Smith (Mickey) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Meleah DeBlase (Josh), Josh Clark (Meresa), Marda Isbell (Mark), Carly Nalley (Nathan), Leslea Hebert (Lynn), Ashley Shaw (Dario Bellettini), Tyler Nicholson (Katrina), Todd Nicholson, Tanner Nicholson, Nolan Dacus, Sophie Dacus, Savannah Hans (Jason), Amanda Smith, Camron Smith, Julia McGuire and Kilby McGuire; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Mollie, Adison, Emma, Conner DeBlase, Addison, Carson Owens, Sam, Nora Isbell, Nate, Josiah, Knox, Owen Nalley, Cooper Hebert, Elodie, Madilyn, Asher Nicholson, Mali McGuire, Bentley and Easton Hans; her brother Jerry Smith (Sue); her sisters-in-law, Freida Smith, Carlene Dacus and Ada Dacus; and her caregivers, Meladee Allison, Kortlyn Murray, Tammie Brewer, Trina Taylor, Mykayla Fox, Abbey, Becca Jill and Kylie.
