He is survived by: his wife Alice Smith; his children, Bryon Smith (Jennifer), Paul Smith (Shawna) and Connie Fowler (Brandon); his brother Ernest Smith of Sulphur, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Destinee, Garrett, Hunter, Sahra, Cody, Kydie, Jenna, Levi, Braelyn, Jackson, Alexis and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Josephine, Amelia, Kalianna, Whitley, Evelyn (Evie), Harper, Weston, Kase and Sterling.
