He was predeceased by: his father Paul Andrew Ratzlaff; and his grandparents, Vernon, Goldie Epp, James Norvell, Marion and V'Ona Ratzlaff.
He is survived by: his mother Mindie Daniece Ratzlaff (Epp); his wife Bobbi Ratzlaff; his son Gauge Ratzlaff; his siblings, Zak Ratzlaff of Oklahoma City, Marie and David Russell of Mustang; and his aunt Kristen (John Gosney). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
