He is survived by: his children, Jamie King (Jerry Stroud) of Lindsay and Stephen Box of Lindsay; his siblings, David Box of Pauls Valley and Janice Drennan of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Dylan Smith of Lindsay and Cassondra Smith of Oklahoma City; and his nieces and nephews, Lyndsi and Colton Drennan. He is also survived by grandchildren, along with many more extended family.
