Bucky leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bucky’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Bucky will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Vincent Phelps and Reada Mae Lamb (Casto); and his wife Dana. He is survived by: his children, Nicole "Nicki" Phelps, LeAnn Phelps, Tanner Phelps and Shakota Phelps; his siblings, Brenda Miller (Allen) of Locust Grove, OK, Louise Sinor (Greg) of Leach, OK and David Phelps of Locust Grove, OK; and his aunt Annie Webster of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & a host of friends.
