He is survived by: his child Sis; his wife Sue; his children, Tommy Johnson (Ramona), Gabe Johnson, Darien Dunn and Joe Johnson (Distney); and his siblings, Barbara Johnson of Tulsa, Donna Ellis (Earl) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and Shawn Bates. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
