She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Evans and Wanda Evans (Rose). She is survived by: her daughter Alexis Upchurch (Max) of Noble, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Ruby Upchurch; her brothers, Joshua Evans (Nikki) of Locust Grove and Martin Evans of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her nephew James Evans; and her niece Rosemary Evans.
