He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson Leach and Mina Sue Leach (Colvin); his wife Jeri Lynn; his grandson Noah "Noyyah" Leach; his mother-in-law Velma Tagg; and his sister-in-law Tonya Reyes.
He is survived by: his children, Sampson "Lil Sam" Leach of Kenwood, Oklahoma and Tamica "Baby Meeks" Barker (Christopher); his grandchildren, Sampson "Sausage" Leach, Kyah "Bacon" Leach, Derrick "Link" Jackson, Jerilyn "Alise" Barker and Grace "Bits" Leach; his siblings, Sampson "Grape" Leach, Jr. of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Judy Littledave (Skunk) of Salina, Tamara Osage (Tracey) of Locust Grove, Sammi Leach of Locust Grove, Mary Smith (Chase) of Chouteau and Stephanie Sitsler of Pryor, Oklahoma; his nieces, Gabrielle "Beebs" Sanders and Brooklyn "Busch" Panther; and his father-in-law Jerry Tagg of Kenwood, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
