He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Mullins and Nora Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Holt; his children, Dorinda Sue, Jeffery Lee and Timony Lee; and his grandchildren, Kristie, Mandy, Natasha, Jessica, Melissa, James, Brett, Royce and Nathan. He is also survived by 16 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
