She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rass and Margaret Keener (McClain); her husband Billy Eugene Stamper; and her siblings, Johnny Keener, Ina Mae Cooper, Carol Blackwell and Gary Keener.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Davis (Wes) of Locust Grove, OK, Kathy Sumner (Herman) of Salina, OK and Karma Phillips (Loyd Dale) of Verdigris, OK; her grandchildren, Brad Davis, Brent Davis (Heather), Nathan Sumner (Shelly), Nacole Rogers (Jacob King), Loyd Dale Phillips, Jr. (Jennalee) and Scott Phillips (Randon); and her siblings, Junior Keener (Debra) of Inola, Oklahoma and Gladys Stokes (Art). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
