He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Austin Maner and Lucille Leola Maner (Blackwell); his wife Earlene Sue Cooper; his siblings, Walter Maner, Clifford Maner, Charlie Maner, Virgil Maner, Gene Maner, David Maner, Ronald "Wayne" Maner, Louise Squires, Florence Christie, Delma Mae Maner, Virginia Maner and Bobbie Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Ray Cooper, Don Cooper and Blaine Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Blackwell of Claremore, Oklahoma, Terry Maner (Star) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Scotty Maner (Michele) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and Danny Maner of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Jack Maner (Pat), Jesse Maner and Shirley Cowan (Carl) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
