He is survived by: his children, Kim Smith (Terry), Tricia Sanders (Chris), Jason Self and Greg Self; his brothers, James Daniel (Marilyn), Gary Daniel and Hal Daniel-Adock; and his grandchildren, Samantha Leonard, Cody Leonard and Adam Smith.
