He is survived by: his fiancé Devra Norvell; his brothers, Frank Harvin, Doel Harvin, Timmy Don Harvin, Dale Lee Harvin and Cliff Harvin; his stepson Alan Clements; his grandchildren, Abigail Norvell, Allie Clements, Adilynn Norvell and Koen Clements; Eudie Harvin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends.
